1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Offered

Kreative Konceptz provides interior design, modular solutions, renovations, and turnkey project execution services for residential and commercial spaces. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Interior design consultation and planning
• Modular kitchen and wardrobe design
• Turnkey project execution and management
• Renovation and remodeling services
• Furniture and decor procurement

3. Project Agreements & Quotations

All quotations provided by Kreative Konceptz are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to site inspection and may be revised based on actual site conditions.

A formal written agreement or work order must be signed before commencement of any project. The terms, scope, timeline, and payment schedule will be outlined in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual project agreement. Generally:

• An advance payment (as agreed) is required before commencement of work.
• Progress payments are due at milestones as defined in the project schedule.
• Final payment is due upon completion and handover of the project.
• Delayed payments may attract additional charges as specified in the project agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
• Grant timely access to the site for design and execution work.
• Obtain any necessary permissions, approvals, or no-objection certificates from relevant authorities.
• Review and approve design proposals within the agreed timeline to avoid project delays.
• Ensure the site is free from obstructions that may hinder work progress.

6. Changes & Modifications

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties. Scope changes may affect the project cost and timeline. Kreative Konceptz reserves the right to revise pricing for any additions or modifications requested after the work order is signed.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and creative concepts developed by Kreative Konceptz remain the intellectual property of Kreative Konceptz until full payment is received. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for the specific project upon full payment.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Warranties & Liability

Kreative Konceptz warrants that all work will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. However:

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, contractors, or unforeseen site conditions.
• Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered under the project agreement.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications made by the client after project handover.

9. Cancellation Policy

In the event of project cancellation by the client:

• Any advance payments made are non-refundable if work has already commenced.
• The client will be liable to pay for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of cancellation.
• Cancellation must be communicated in writing with a minimum notice period as specified in the project agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or any project agreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm Kreative Konceptz or any third party. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kreative Konceptz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
